Mortgage Loan Assistant

Cedar Rapids based mortgage company seeking part time mortgage loan assistant to handle the following tasks:

* Answer the telephone
* Process FHA
* Conventional and VA files
* Handle compliance
* Set files up for closing

Ideal candidate will have experience with processing FHA, VA and Conventional mortgage files and be detail oriented Average work week will be 30-38 hours with hourly wage and per file bonus.
