Job Description
As a Loan Closer/Funder, you will:
* Prepare closing documents
* Receive incoming loan titles, perform loan data entry, and send out applicable disclosures
* Ensure all closing documents are issued timely and accurately
* Work hand in hand with Title Company to ensure closings are smooth and easy
* Review incoming HUD-1 documents for compliance with program guidelines
* Ensure Title Companies adhere to Chase policies and procedures
* Handle and resolve all post-closing loan issues
* Achieve and maintain all departmental cycle time, service, and volume standards
Schedule: M-F 8-5 / Overtime and weekends as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years mortgage document experience or equivalent in preparing mortgage loan closing documents
* Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to perform basic computer functions.
* Good organization skills and be detail oriented.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
