Job Description:
Responsible for originating mortgage loans as part of a team, making solution-based presentations of affordable home financing to prospective borrowers, credit unions, employers, and real estate professionals.
AmeriCU Mortgage Company provides community-based mortgage solutions through partnerships with credit unions which include government and private financing tools.
Skills:
Applicants must have demonstrated ability to originate mortgage loans. The ideal candidate is currently originating 2-5 loans per month.
In addition, applicants must be knowledgeable on FHA, VA, WHEDA, RD, and conventional financing to buy, build and improve homes.
Comments:
**This job requires all applicants to be state and nationally licensed.**
Compensation will be based on performance and pay will be 100% commission.
