Loan Officer Job - Van Nuys, CA - Posted 6/18/10

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire two highly motivated individuals to join our team in the San Diego / Southern California area who have at least two(2) years experience in originating reverse mortgages. These individuals should be able to price out a loan, take a complete application and collect all the documentation from the borrower(s) to process, submit and fund the loans.

The right individuals will also have the opportunity to generate Conventional, Jumbo and FHA loans.

70% commission split on Reverse Mortgages.
