Well established mortgage banker with over 22 years seeking highly motivated, sports minded, licensed mortgage loan originators, mortgage loan officers who want to start an exiciting new career with one of the fastest growing mortgage banking companies. Position requires originating residential mortgage loans via FHA and Conventional financiing. Taking thorough and complete loan applications, analyze and preqalify applicant for viability of desired loan program. Not afraid to market to prospective clients. Understanding of mortgage lending. Flexibility to work from office or home. All processing and underwriting done in-house.
Requirements
Job requires minimum one year mortgage lending experience. Understanding of Mortgage Products. Working knowledge of understanding credit reports, DTI., LTV and CLTV ratios. Qualified canidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and outstanding customer service is critical to success. Multi-Lingual capabilities a plus
