Basic Function:

Responsible for processing mortgage loan applicatons, verifying and inputing fees, reviewing complianance disclosures and communicating with loan officers, borroweres and production staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

-One to two years prior mortgage experience preferably in mortgage processing.
-Solid knowledge of MS Word, MS Access and MS Excel
-Strong math skills
-Good problem solving and organizational skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to function independently within time constraints.
Ideal Qualifications:
-3-5 years of mortgage processing experience
-Associates degree or equivalent of two  years business experience
-Knowledge of FNMA D/U and FHLMC LP systems.
