Description

Established South Orange County Mortgage Broker is looking for a full time loan processor to work in small Mission Viejo office.  Start date approximately mid October.

- Must be self starter and have ability to process 10-20 loans per month.

- Must be familiar with processing FHA loans.

-Experience working with home builders and real estate agents in purchase money loans.

- Must have great phone etiquette and excellent verbal ability to communicate effectively with all parties

- Dependable, strong work ethic

- Energetic, motivated and driven

- Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

Looking for a Processor that understands the meaning of “sense of urgency”, “time constraints” “hard work” and “attention to detail”.
Requirements

Must have minimum 2 year processing experience and familiarty with processing FHA loans.

Must be knowledgable in Calyx Point, Excel, Word, Outlook.
