Job Description

Job Summary:
Performs technical functions related to the preparation of all loan files. Working closing with loan originators and outside sources, gathers the necessary credit and property information. Evaluates the data collected and present the requirements needed on order to obtain underwriting approval.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining case load of assigned loans, accumulates, reviews and analyzes documents throughout the loan submission.
2. Follows-up with outside sources on any missing or questionable documentation and communicates loan status to involved parties.
3. Submits all loans for approval within designated timeframe.
4. Assists closer with any post closing or conditions issues.
5. Maintains excellent customer services standards with both internal and external customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Several years of recent and proven industry experience as a processor, builder experience preferred
* Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check
Education High School or equivalent
