We are looking for in-house, full time Processors. We need people who are VERY experienced, success driven and team oriented.
How we’re DIFFERENT:
Unlike most mortgage brokers, 95% of our loans are generated by our INSIDE Loan Officers. How does that affect you? Good question…they know what they’re doing! Our Inside Loan Officers have a minimum 3-5 years strong experience. They are responsible for shopping, locking and selling their loans. Their loans are screened by Management before they even go into processing. That means you’re not wasting your time processing dead loans or training LOs on how to do their job. All you have to do is PROCESS!!!

Position REQUIREMENTS:
Supreme knowledge and experience with all levels of mortgage loan processing:
Initial file organization and system entry.
Strong Experience with DO/DU and general automated underwriting is mandatory.
Preparation and fulfillment of disclosures.
Ordering and coordinating Appraisal, Title, Survey, Insurance, etc.
Submission of file to lender.
Clearing conditions and coordination of closing.
A Processor must be seasoned and comfortable in efficiently resolving challenges and emergencies associated with their files.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience processing in the mortgage broker environment and be comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic atmosphere.
Must be extremely detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed.
Solid computer (Point, Outlook, Excel and Word), organization, follow-up & communication skills are required. Strong personal initiative, accountability, positive attitude and desire to succeed a must!
Pay is base + commission and based on experience.

Zeus Mortgage, Ltd. is a medium sized mortgage broker providing real estate financing throughout Texas. We are an aggressive and rapidly growing company. We currently staff 7 full-time Inside Loan Officers, 5 full-time Processors and various support staff. We primarily generate new business through aggressive radio, print and sponsorship marketing. Among other marketing campaigns, we currently run an average of 25 radio ads per day on 5 different stations and we are the official sponsor of the Houston Aeros. We are a fast growing company looking for important additions to our team.
