Loan Processor / Mortgage Processor / In-House Processor / A Paper

Optimum First Mortgage in Fountain Valley CA is looking for a loan processor to handle and fund a pipeline of 30-60 new loans per month. We currently have two processors and we are growing the company.

Applicants must be organized, a hard worker, be able to multi-task and stay on top of their loans and doc conditions. Experience with brokering loans to Provident Funding, Flagstar Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and other banks is a REAL PLUS. Also experience with running A.U. engines such as DU, LP and other lenders engines is a REAL PLUS. Experience with handling pipelines of 50+ loans is a REAL PLUS. Applicants must be available to work full time and put in extra hours and a Saturday if needed.

Compensation: $2000 or $140 per funded loan, which ever is greater. After 90 days the processor will be eligible for a review and raise. Pay periods are: 1st-15th paid on the 20th and 16th-end of month paid on the 5th.
