Susquehanna has an excellent opportunity for a Loan Processor in our Residential Mortgage Department. In this position, you will establish loan files and order documentation required to process loans in accordance with Corporation policies and procedures, be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentations for processing mortgage loan files, problem-solve and answer questions on loan processing inquiries in a helpful manner, provide assistance, direction and on the job training support to other processors and other duties, as needed.
 
Requirements For a Loan Processor position, top candidates will possess the following:

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing
• Basic knowledge of conventional and government lending regulations, policies and procedures
• A High School Degree, GED or equivalent
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail, customer service and teamwork skills, along with strong written and oral communication.
• Experience with a loan operating systems preferred
