Description

Midland Escrow Services, a subsidiary of Iowa Realty, currently has an opening for a full time Processor in its Cedar Rapids office.  Responsibilities include process, review, and organization of the closing file for real estate and mortgage transactions, order necessary information, as well as scheduling closings, maintaining files, and responding to customers’ inquiries, data entry of mortgage files, ordering payoffs, clearing title, cutting checks, and preparing packages for shipping.

Requirements
