Advantage Mortgage is an FHA Mortgage Broker/Banker licensed in 16 states, looking for an EXPERIENCED processor to work in a fast-paced, FUN, working environment. Someone who enjoys processing & is motivated by MONEY & wants to earn $15,000 per month + Bonus + Health Insurance!
We fund CONV, FHA, VA, REVERSE, USDA, SUPER-JUMBO, CALSTERS, DU REFI PLUS, OPEN ACCESS, and much more…
Requirements:
2-5 Years Experience in processing residential mortgage loans
2-5 Years Experience in processing FHA residential mortgage loans
1 Year Experience in opening/closing Virtual Escrow orders
Proficient in submitting, locking, on all of the major lender websites
Able to run DU, DO, LP
Proficient in Calyx Point
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Very organized, strong work ethic, excellent time management skills
Energetic, strong personal and phone skills
Knowledgeable in basic loan compliance
You will be responsible for processing mortgage loans from submission to funding. You will package each loan and submit them to the various lenders electronically. You will be required to work with ourloan officers to ensure that all documentation is obtained and submitted to the lenders. You will open escrow via our virtual escrow system and close the escrow upon funding. When the loan funds, you will quality control the file and make sure that all compliance items are in the file.
We are closing 50 loans per month on average.
Commission based with bonus, salary considered if you’re a Superstar
