Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Working with Loan Officers, Clients and internal staff.
* Obtain,review and verify loan application and all documents for
borrowers qualification for specified loan programs.
* Provide all the loan disclousers
to all borrowers.
* Enter/upload data into loan orgination system.
* Following up on underwriting conditions with clients, prepare doc, arrange sign borrowers,funding & Closing loans.
Skills:
* Excellent verbal & Communication skill.
* Minimum one year mortgage loan processing experience.
* Knowledge of laon programs & guidelines.
