Job Description:
Network Mortgage Processing Services LLC is looking for a Senior Loan Processor and Loan Transition Coordinator Assistant
We are a contract processing company local here in Millersport, Ohio Just 12 mile East of Pickerington. If you are someone that works great independently there is an opportunity for you to work for us in your own home office after 6 months.
You must be able to do the following:
-Manage a pipeline of conventional, government and portfolio loans
-Process all loans, including very complex files.
-Evaluate loan documentation and prepare file for underwriting
-Validate automated underwriting decision
-Maintain high level of customer service by being proactive in communicating with the borrowers and loan originators
-Ensure accurate, complete and timely loan data on processing system
-Serve as an intermediary for loan issues with Loan Originators and lenders
-Perform any other duties assigned
The Loan Transition Coordinator assistant will be responsible for setting up new files, gathering loan conditions from customers
and communicating with the loan officers as to the status of their loans.
All candidates must have at least 2 years experience in either processing or originating experience.

We are a contract processing company which means we get our business from Mortgage Company from not only Ohio but other states as well. We process mortgage loan applications, obtain approvals, process financial documents and transition the loan to the closing table. We work with loan officers, underwriters, HUD and Major Lenders on a daily basis within their wholesale divisions.
