Title Student Loan Processor

Description Responsible for completing applications and working with member and branch employees to increase student loan volume in order to achieve the goals of the credit union and meet the needs of the members. Educating, training and assisting branches, schools and students with the credit union’s student loan process.
Full-time; M-F 9am-6pm
Requirements Abilities usually acquired in one to two years of related work experience. Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations governing student loans. Ability to promote the student lending program and other products/services to members, schools and students. Proficient in Microsoft applications and the ability to perform mathematical calculations. Symitar experience preferred. Must be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and the ability to balance the workload. Excellent customer service, communication and member relationship skills required.
