Job Description:

JOB TITLE:

All Processors will work with all paperwork, send out commitments and collect conditions and help closers send out packages and close files

Prefer one year experience with processing mortgage
Monitor mortgage pipeline to ensure timely processing of mortgage files
Obtain, review and approve necessary asset and employment documentation
Ability to review LP and DU findings and credit reports
Communicate with borrowers, attorneys and Loan Officers
Prepare files to be submitted to underwriting and obtain all outstanding conditions within commitment and contract dates
Experience with UNIFI is a plus

Job Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Processor, knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, CFHA, investors and regulatory guidelines along with LP & DU experience
You must have excellent written and oral communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
Ability to operate basic office equipment
PC skills
