Job Summary:

Gradient Financial Group, LLC is a leading nationwide financial services company consisting of eight entities and is seeking a mortgage administrator to support Gradient Home Mortgage, LLC.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responds to client and general information inquiries concerning mortgage files and promptly settles current issues through close collaboration with other departments.
• Ensures transactions are in compliance with predetermined policy and procedure and reports any irregularities to his/her superior.
• Analyze and interpret information in order to solve problems while ensuring compliance with the legislation in effect as well as with policies and procedures.
• Responsible for journal entries on a loan level basis.
• Follow up on outstanding reports and/or documentation for loan files.
• Process mortgage loans as needed.
• Participates in special projects as needed.
• Previous mortgage operations experience desired but not required.
