Windermere Mortgage Services Series LLC/West Sound, a leading mortgage lender in the Northwest, is seeking an experienced residential Mortgage Consultant Assistant/Processor in the Windermere Mortgage Services/Silverdale office.  Assist Mortgage Consultant with origination and follow up processing on purchase and refinance transactions.  A full time position offering a comprehensive compensation and benefit package.  EOE.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of residential loan processing experience, including FHA, VA, conventional and construction loans.  Position requires exceptional customer service, including attention to detail and strong organizational skills.  Computer experience, knowledge of loan processing software, MS Office, and desktop underwriting.
