Job Description

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: 1. Facilitate the gathering of loan conditions and submission for final loan approval to meet established loan closing dates. Communicates loan status to sales partners, referral source and borrower. Develop and maintain fundamentals of lending. The incumbent is developing proficiency in processing mortgage loans. 2. Gather, review and submission of loan conditions for accuracy & relevancy according to underwriting decision issued by the Underwriter. Gather and classify data using systematic procedure: interpret data; compile results. 3. Active management of their individual loan pipeline to ensure key loan dates and quality benchmarks are achieved as well as meeting production standards. Weekly review of pipeline with Team Manager 4. Consistent and open communication regarding status of loan with sales and internal partners as well as customer. This includes consistent and accurate completion of required information in the Loan Origination System. Conversations include status of outstanding conditions, setting appropriate expectations for roles & responsibilities in loan process. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications : High School Diploma, Strong communication skills, comfortable operating windows based systems.
