Job Description
Sells and services products directly to individual clients. Maintains strong relationships with clients to resolve issues and maintain the sales relationship.
Functional Responsibilities:
Sells and services products to mid to large territories servicing individual clients. Maintains and grows the book of business through aggressive product sales, upsells, and renewals, within assigned territory. Promotes and sells Mortgage products. Provides post-sale service and interaction with clients. Resolves escalated service issues. Often develops new business opportunities and sales growth by initiating and maintaining strong relationships. Develops performance management plan and reviews with management. Generates reports to track/report activities, progress, and strategies. Marketing to key centers of influence. Provides training & education to Real Estate Agents & Potential Home Buyers. Network with Agents, Community Leaders, Attorneys, etc that can promote MetLife Bank Mortgages when they interface with clients. Originates Mortgages/Sales through a variety of resources. Performs other duties assigned or required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Typical Experience: 5+ years previous experience successfully selling/servicing related products. Thorough knowledge of supported products/markets, procedures, and selling/servicing techniques.

Currently working as a self sourcing residential retail originator with 3+ years concurrent previous experience successfully selling/servicing related products. Thorough knowledge of supported products/markets, procedures, and selling/servicing techniques.
