MBA Mortgage located in South Boston, MA, (this is a work from home opportunity as well) is focused on the mortgage and wealth building process for their clients. This opportunity is for applicants that would like to align themselves with a financial services organization that values excellence, integrity, ethical conduct and superior client service. MBA Mortgage provides superior training and supprt to all mortgage consultants, thus giving you the tools you need to survive in a challenging industry. Company product lines include conventional, FHA/VA, USDA, and reverse mortgages. Summary of responsibilities: Evaluate loan requests, analyze financial data, and determine qualification of collateral and customer. Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver electronically to processing when necessary. Manage pipeline for all originated loans through closing. Complete assigned sales calls and set appointments Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Moderate computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications Advanced written, oral, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to recognize and respond to sales opportunities.
