Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and sales leads by cultivating relationships with new clients, Realtors, lenders, financial planners, etc.
Work with sales staff on a continual basis to retain and grow existing business.
Perform/create additional business development activities to increase sales and leads.
Stay educated on local developments and trends in the real estate and mortgage industries.
Calling leads, selling loans, working inbound and outbound calls.

Job Description:
Originating loans and managing them to funding.
Generate loan applications from leads and managing them to funding.
Corresponding with/or interviewing applicants and creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.
Obtain information by in person, interviews, telephone, email, web application, and referrals.
Keep up to date on mortgage loan policies as well as regulatory and investor requirements.
Provide complete applications and required supporting documentation to loan processors.
Discuss, as needed, loan alternatives, credit criteria, and interest and loan documentation in a professional manner to elicit a positive response from consumers.
