A Loan Officer develops a loyal and consistent client base of realtors and borrowers through disciplined, aggressive and consultative selling techniques based upon a thorough knowledge of the business and the WJB value proposition

Duties associated with this position include the following:

· Set daily, weekly, and monthly volume goals for client presentations, applications taken, submissions and fundings

· Develop business goals to achieve a minimum of $500,000 per month in funded volume and a goal of $1+ million per month

· Prospect for potential mortgage business, generating own leads in order to meet minimum funded volume goals

· Have a clear understanding of WJB value proposition to maximize market share quality and overall performance

Skills/Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

· Mortgage Loan Officer experience
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Strong consultative sales skills
· Must be detail oriented, but strategic and help create vision for the division

· Strong management skills. Must be able to manage his reports to achieve desired results.
