Inlanta Mortgage is a growing Mortgage Banker licensed in nine states including Iowa! A successful Mortgage Loan Originator with Inlanta Mortgage will be a licensed, sales oriented professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career that assists clients with their dream of home ownership and/or refinancing.
Inlanta Mortgage offers a full array of products including FHA, VA, USDA and reverse mortgages to complement our conventional and non-prime products. Specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients as well as referral sources
* Assist clients in choosing mortgage-related products and services best suited for their needs
* Provide excellent customer service to clients as well as prospects
* Stay involved in the mortgage process and develop a strong product knowledge base
Requirements:
* 1-2 years sales or mortgage industry experience preferred
* Must be licensed, or willing to obtain a license through the state of Iowa
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred - High school or equivalent required
* PC proficiency, MS Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
* Excellent communication skills along with strong attention to details
* Demonstrated organizational skills
* Willingness to network and present a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
* Sense of teamwork and commitment to outstanding customer service
* Familiarity with the mortgage process preferred, but not required
