Salary/Benefit Notes: Commission of $100 per closed loan. Our current processors are averaging 25 closings per month.
Required Education: Some College
Required Experience: 3 to 10 years
Security Clearance (minimum):  Other Clearance

Position Description

Clear Summit Mortgage is looking to add experienced Loan Processors to our team.  We offer a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to make $60K+/year.  Clear Summit specializes in conventional and FHA refinances throughout MD, VA, PA, NJ, NY, CT, GA, and FL.

Base salary plus commission. Full benefits available on date of hire (Comprehensive medical, dental and vision)

Ideal candidates possesses:
 
- 3+ years of processing experience (underwriting experience preferred)
- Recent mortgage industry experience
- Competitive drive to be the top producer
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
- Willingness to put in extra time when necessary
- Strong background in all aspects of processing, including, income, appraisals, title, etc.
- Positive attitude and good personality
