Due to its continued growth, a highly successful, national retail mortgage banker is seeking qualified Mortgage Loan Processors in the Atlanta metro area.  We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and a professional work environment. 

Responsibilities:

Review new files and run AUS
Work with underwriters and closing departments to insure a smooth and efficient loan process
Assemble and maintain loan packages according to company standards
Prepare necessary verifications for the loan file
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of FHA and Conventional guidelines. VA experience is desirable but not required.
Must work well under pressure
Demonstrated or proven working knowledge of underwriting guidelines
Exceptional communication and follow up skills a must
Self motivated with excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
Experience in loan origination software, and working knowledge of MS office suite
Preferred education:  Associates degree or commensurate work experience.
