You as a Mortgage Loan Processor will -
* Acquire, analyze, and organize all necessary documents needed to process a loan package. Broker loan processing. Position requires knowledge of various loans products including FNMA, Freddie, FHA, Conventional, Sub-prime.
* Performs other clerical and administrative functions.
You and your skills -
* High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
* 3-5 years processing/closing residential mortgage loans
* Broker loan processing
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Must have excellent customer service and team effectiveness skills
* Broad knowledge of multiple loan products including FNMA, Freddie, FHA, Conventional, and Sub-prime
*Perform loan processing in a branch environment with familiarity of branch regulatory and procedural operating guidelines
* Ability to interact with internal and external customers with diplomacy and tact in a team environment
* Capable of sustaining a case load of 30-45 files per month
* Good problem solving skills and willingness to tackle challenges
