Mortgage Loan Closer (Available at Trevose & Bethlehem, PA locations)
-Position entails, but is not limited to, File & transaction review, LP/DU use, title work/HUD1 review, file submission to underwriting & closing, borrower communication, clearing of conditions, appraisal order confirmation, and receipt of funds confirmation.
Mortgage Processor (Available at Trevose & Bethlehem, PA locations)
-Position entails, but is not limited to, Request info from secondary, review underage/overages, review lender credit info, loan review, maintain monthly report, funding, maintain/update investor guidelines.
Executive Secretary (Available at Bethlehem, PA location)
-Maintain office files, compile office expenses weekly, answer phones, manage client database, computer knowledge a must and marketing experience preferred.
FullTime- In two locations: Bethlehem PA location & Trevose PA location
Ideal candidate will:
-Be familiar with the program ProClose
-Be familiar with the program Caylx Point
-Possess DE Underwriting authority & experience preferred
-Experience in FHA preferred
-Have an eye for detail
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Experience a must
