JOB DESCRIPTION
Entry Level Mortgage Professional: Loan Underwriter, Loan Closer/Funder
Develop branch operations by providing high quality service to company-approved mortgage brokers (our clients).
Underwrite residential loans according to the firm and investor standards.
Review the firm’s-approved loans to ensure secondary market and regulatory industry standards have been met.
Work with the loan brokers and agents to obtain complete and accurate credit package documents.
Grow broker-client base by utilizing the firm’s products and technology.
Create enforceable and saleable mortgage loans by collecting pertinent data required for generating loan documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal entry-level candidate will possess the following
