AT-Tech Staffing Services is currently searching for mortgage professionals at our reputable financial servicing client located in the south Denver area. These are initially contract positions with excellent hourly rates. The areas of professionals expertise needed are: Underwriters - to review, analyz, approve and underwriting moderate client requests and products within company and industry guidelines. QA Loan Analysts - review loan documentation, files and on-line transactions for compliance internal company requiremente, insurer guidelines, investor requirements and government regulations. Loan Documentation Specialists - Processing and closing of complex loans to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations, managing a pipeline of all loan types relative to business lines. Must have 2-5 years experience depending on the position. We offer excellent hourly rates.
