Processor Job - Rolling Meadows, IL - Posted 8/18/08

Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation, one of nations leading mortgage bankers, is currently seeking experienced mortgage loan processors for their Rolling Meadows, headquarters.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years processing experience in Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing, good organizational skills, and ability to multi task.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

* Opening loan file in Loan Origination System

* Order all necessary verifications

* Review borrowers income, credit and asset documentation

* Run loan through appropriate automated underwriting system

* Stack and organize file for submission to underwriting

* Schedule loan closing
