Work From Home Contract Processors Needed!
We are seeking VA IRRL experienced Loan Processors to help expand our business. We need highly motivated individuals who are self sufficient and have at least 5 years of mortgage processing experience. Conventional and FHA experience is also required.
There is no training involved so it is highly recommended that you know how to process loans in a Broker environment. We provide the tools you need to sign up new clients. Loan Processing Software and email is also provided.
We will pay 50-70% commission on each loan closing. This is not a full time position and is commission only. Candidates should be prepared to be self sufficient until you have your own pipeline built up. In addition to processing loans you must make sales calls weekly in order to generate new business.
General responsibilities include:
• Maintain conversation log and reports of all loans
• Scrub new loan packages and process
• Maintain records of contact with prospective customers
• Run DU/LP
• Register new loans
Successful candidates must be proficient in English with excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills. You must be self-motivated and able to work
independently. You must have access to newer computer, high speed internet, and long distance telephone service. You must have a quiet home office environment to work in.
