Salary Range: 17/hr-18.50/hr

Department: Lending
Reports To: Mortgage Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Customary Days: Monday through Friday
Saturday & Sunday may be added as work level dictates.
Customary Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours extended when work load is increased.
Position
Summary

The Loan Processor accurately and efficiently processes mortgage applications and documents pertinent to all types of mortgage loans.

Duties &
Responsibilities

: Submit complete loan files to investor.
: Place appraisal orders, which is then handled by Loan Coordinators

: Clear investor loan conditions and gather documentation.
: Correspond to Loan Officers on the status of their files.
: Schedule closings.
: Send complete documentation to title company performing loan closing.
: Follow-up on loan funding.
: Update loan origination software during the loan process.

Job
Requirements

Education and/or Experience
: High school diploma, required. Bachelors Degree preferable.
: 3-5 years of loan processing experience.
